When you contact BitWeb24, by mail, email, phone or forms on the website, personal data may be handed over. These are only dealt with if there is support for it in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). I want you to feel safe when you submit your personal data to me and I take all reasonable steps to protect them.

Personal data is information that can be linked to a natural person, such as name, address, social security number, email address and telephone number. Also, images where someone can be identified is seen as personal data.
When individuals make orders, their name, address, phone number and e-mail address are registered. The same applies to individual traders if they have the business in their home. Otherwise, the trader's name, e-mail address (preferably to the workplace), and address and telephone number of the workplace are registered. When representatives of a company make orders, name of the company's contact person, address, telephone number and email address to the workplace, or other email address where the contact can be reached are registered.
When you contact BitWeb24, or make an order, you automatically agree that the personal data needed to complete the assignment is stored.
When you order any of my services, you become my customer. The personal data needed to complete the assignment is then registered in a customer register and used for implementation and administration of the ordered service.
Marketing, after you've been in contact with BitWeb24, you may receive an email. This is always stated when you make the contact.
BitWeb24 retains your personal information for as long as necessary to provide ordered service and assist with updates of it as well as billing. If you cease to be a customer of BitWeb24, the information will be erased within one year after the customer relationship has expired.
BitWeb24 limits the use of personal data in email and have recurring routines for deleting email. Email messages are only saved as long as they are relevant and needed to enable BitWeb24 to complete the agreed assignment.
You are entitled to receive information about what personal data about you are being treated and stored as well as how and why they are treated and for how long they are stored. Request for registry extracts must be made in writing and be signed by the applicant. You'll find the address in the second paragraph on this webpage. The reply will be sent to the applicant's federal posting address.
If something is incorrect, you may request a change.
You may also request that BitWeb24 delete some of your personal data. Deletion is provided if there are no financial or legal transactions between you as a customer and BitWeb24 (for example, unpaid invoices), if there is no legal obligation for BitWeb24 to process the data or any other legal basis for the processing.
